公司轴承生产基地（无锡民联汽车零部件有限公司）占地2.1万平方米，拥有各类精密自动化轴承生产线3条，分离套筒生产线2条，总成装配线2条，具有年产100万套离合器分离轴承总成生产能力。在离合器分离轴承总成生产过程中实现了从原材料进厂到产品出厂全流程（钢材进厂、锻造、车加工、热处理、磨加工、装配、产品出厂、售后服务）的专业化生产，实现了分离套筒、冲压件等关键零件及关键工序的自主生产和自我控制。

  公司环形锻件生产基地（无锡民联轴承制造有限公司）占地1.5万平方米，拥有环形锻造生产线3条，具有年产环形锻件及轴承套圈类锻件生产能力10000吨。采用一次性热挤压、热模锻、锤锻加辗扩生产工艺，有效提高了生产效率和锻件精度，实现了复杂异形件的环形锻造。生产加工范围为直径600毫米及高度200毫米以下的各类环形锻件。
